Thai beef salad
200g Beef Filet
6 tbsp shallots In thin slices
1/2 cucumber without the skin cut into thin slices
4 tbsp finely chopped coriander
8 fresh mint leaves finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic finely chopped
2 red chilis finely chopped (I prefer the hot spicy ones)
4 tbsp fresh lime juice
3 tbsp soya sauce
4 tbsp honey
Grill or fry the beef on all sides for a few minutes, depending on the cuisant you like.
Leave the beef to cool then cut into thin slices.
Put into a bowl with sliced shallots, cucumber, coriander, and fresh mint. Mix in the garlic, chilis, lime juice, soya, and honey. After adding the meat and vegetables and mix well. Serve as a starter, light lunch or dinner.
